Can Kaya is a paralegal in our litigation team. He practices in areas of commercial litigation including debt collection acting for corporate and individual clients in the courts and tribunal system.

Dilan Kocoglu

Dilan is a solicitor who operates in the area of commercial and residential property. She has a Law Degree and has completed her Legal Practice Course from Nottingham Trent University in 2016.

Her work involves acting on leasehold matters, freehold, refinances and various residential property matters. She acts for corporate and individual clients. She specialises in any aspects involving a leasehold element.

Dinesh Kumar

Dinesh is a Trainee Solicitor in our immigration team – he assists the immigration team in all aspects of business and personal immigration and operates from our Birmingham office. He also works across a range of family law work including children, ancillary relief and other aspects.

Fazeela Patel

Fazeela is a manager in the firm’s finance team carrying out SRA compliant accounting practices. She also deals with various aspects of practice management.

Hashim Waka

Hashim is a paralegal and operates in the residential and commercial team in our firm. He acts on a number of residential matters and assists on a number of commercial matters including refinances acting for corporate and individual clients.

Hassan Usman

Hassan works in our property team dealing with all aspects of conveyancing and related matters. He also has knowledge of immigration in terms of personal and business immigration.

Humera Mota

Humera is a paralegal into our litigation team and works predominantly with the family law team in relation to Divorce, Financial matters and Children law matters and related applications.

Ibrahim Kadri

Ibrahim is a Partner in our Residential property team. Ibrahim is a solicitor and qualified as a solicitor in 2015. He was also a member of the Chartered institute of legal executives prior to that from 2011. He has a degree in law and graduated from the University of Lancashire in 2002.

He deals with matters including right to buy, help to buy elements, leasehold aspects and other related aspects of case handling. He also deals with other various related aspects of case handling including business development.

Malika Gaffar

Malika is a paralegal in our conveyancing team, working on all aspects of residential conveyancing work and related matters.

Misbaah Ismael

Muhammad Sibtain

Muhammad works in our immigration team on all aspects of immigration law, including business and personal immigration. He also practices in various property such as residential conveyancing and related areas.

Muhammed Gaffar

Muhammed is a partner in our residential property team. He qualified as a solicitor in 2019. He has a Law Degree and graduated from De Montfort University in 2015. He also completed the Legal Practice Course in 2018. His work involves acting on leasehold matters, freehold, refinances and various residential property matters.

He also deals with a number of commercial matters. He also works on related areas specialising in any landlord and tenant relationship, whether it is across a residential or commercial relationship.

Muhammed Kashif

Kashif is a Partner in our Immigration Department specialising in all aspects of personal and business immigration dealing with complex cases at all levels including judicial review cases, appeals and all aspects of immigration along with civil cases with an immigration aspect. He also conducts a number of hearings on his own.

Munawar Ishaq

Munawar is a Partner/Consultant with immigration expertise. He acts for individuals and corporates in a range of various applications. He is a solicitor having qualified in 2013 and works alongside our other immigration lawyers.

Munawar has a degree in law in 2007. A Masters in law in 2011 from Liverpool University and the Graduate Diploma in law in 2010. He acts for individuals and corporates across a number of different applications including entrepreneur visas, investment visas.

Murtaza Amjad

Murtaza is a non-lawyer business partner dealing with marketing and sales predominantly into our Birmingham office.

Nasir Patel

Nasir is a paralegal in our conveyancing team, working on all aspects of residential conveyancing work and related matters.

Rabia Murtaza

Rabia is a legal assistant to our residential conveyancing team. She assists in relation to residential conveyancing matters and various other case handling aspects.

Rachel is our Reception and Administration executive who operates out of our London Road office headquarters.

Rafique Patel

Rafique is our Senior Partner. He is a solicitor and qualified as a solicitor in 1996. He has a Law Degree having graduated from the University of Hull in 1993. He also completed the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Chester in 1994. He also has an LLM (Masters) in Management of Advanced Litigation and Dispute Resolution from Nottingham Trent University in 2007.

He practices in all aspects of litigation and corporate work. Particularly commercial, corporate, high net worth family and property disputes, regulatory and including Inquest litigation and associated claims arising out of inquest litigation. He is a specialist litigator and corporate regulatory lawyer having been a Partner and Head of Regulatory at 450 staff law firm Harvey Ingram Owston (now amalgamated into Shakespeare Martineau). Rafique also acts in matters across corporate and commercial transactions involving high value property purchases and is known for his thorough and detailed dilligence in his approach when dealing with clients and all parties.

Rafique also is skilled in financial matters and brings that analytical and technical approach to all of his work.

Shameela Sayani

Shameela is an experienced property Associate operating in the area of commercial and residential property. She has a law degree and graduated from the De Montfort University in 2018. Shameela has experience in this field from when she started practicing in 1995. She joined Bond Adams in 2019.

Sophia Patel

Sophia is an Associate solicitor practicing in our residential and commercial property team. She qualified as a solicitor in 2016. She completed her law degree in 2009 from De Montfort University. She also completed the Legal practice course in 2011.

Her work involves acting on leasehold matters, freehold, refinances and various residential property matters. She acts for corporate and individual clients and specialises in any transactions with a leasehold element.

Stephanie Clark

Stephanie is an Executive assistant to the Senior Partner, dealing with managing various matters including the firms quality marks, being Lexcel, Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS), Investors in People and also assisting other legal teams.

Sushma Sharma

Sushma Sharma is a paralegal working in personal immigration, and related work. She works out of our Aldershot office.

Yusuf is a Solicitor and an experienced litigator with close to a decade’s dispute resolution experience. He acts for corporations and business clients across a number of different sectors in the high courts, county courts and tribunals including Inquest Litigation and claims arising out of those.
